Lazy days

Thought I’d do a short update to let family and friends who follow the blog know all is well. There’s nothing much to report. Yesterday John and I did very little. I didn’t move from the campsite… a bit of house keeping in Molly and lots of Olympic watching… well it was wonderful Wednesday with Great Britain winning five medals! John did at least cycle to Aldi to get some shopping. 😆

Today we went to Saint-Leu-D’esserent water sports centre with Tracy, Mark, Dan and Izzy. We relaxed, soaked up some sunshine and swam in the lake before returning to the campsite for showers and dinner.

Tomorrow will be much busier because we’re heading into Paris again. We have tickets for an event at Place de La Concorde that showcases some new Olympic events such as 3×3 basketball, BMX cycling and skateboarding. The programme of events also includes live music, which we always enjoy. Should be a good day.
