We woke late this morning and treated ourselves to breakfast in the restaurant. Afterwards we went to sit out on deck. It was rather breezy so most people had stayed inside and we managed to get a couple of chairs and a good spot in the sunshine by the rail. We sat reading our books peacefully and watching the Breton coast drift by.
After a couple of hours the wind dropped and our patience paid off as more people came on board looking for seats in the sunshine. We also saw some dolphins jumping in and out of the waves not far from the ship, which was lovely. There isn’t much more to say about today really, except I ended up a little sunburnt. Duh!
After a lovely meal in the restaurant we got into bed, ready for an early start and our first day in Spain.
