After a leisurely start we walked into Potes, the nearby town. We wanted to visit tourist information and buy a local walking map, and while we were there it would have been rude not to have lunch 🙂
The town is very pretty. It’s situated on the Deva river and there are narrow, winding streets with medieval stone houses, shops and restaurants. For lunch we sat in one of the old buildings overlooking the river and sampled a few local dishes. I was served enough tuna for 4 people!
After lunch we walked back up the hill to the campsite and cooled off with a swim in the pool and a snooze in the shade. Tomorrow we’re planning a walk although, I must admit, I’m getting very used to being lazy!
