I’ve been asked a couple of times whether I’m going to blog this years road trip. I wasn’t going to because its much shorter but, having looked back at last years and enjoyed reliving it I’ve decided I’m going to. So this is a test post to see if I can remember what to do.
The van is pretty much packed and ready to go. We just have some jobs around the house to do, and phone calls and trips to the shops and vets to make. Millie has been poorly this week. We took her to the vets last night and she has a high temperature. As we’re going away the vet suggested a long acting antibiotic injection but didn’t have one at the St Asaph branch so a trip to Denbigh is needed this morning.
Then we’re off to Southampton to see a friend we haven’t seen for years. I’m really looking forward to catching up over a BBQ and bottle of wine. We get the cruise ferry to Spain tomorrow night. Aunty Jean is looking after Millie and Phoebe. I don’t know how we managed before we met her!
